Export Your Data

What gets exported?

Your export includes all your Vector focus training data:

  • All focus sessions and assessments
  • Block-by-block data (durations, ratings, outcomes)
  • Reflection notes
  • Coaching recommendations
  • Break events

Data is exported in three formats: JSON (complete data), CSV (metrics), and Markdown (human-readable journal).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Exported data is decrypted—keep the files secure
  • Vector does not currently support importing data
  • This export is for backup and analysis purposes
  • If you lose your encryption key, you cannot restore this data to Vector

The export will download multiple files:

  • vector-export-YYYY-MM-DD-sessions.json - Complete data
  • vector-export-YYYY-MM-DD-metrics.csv - Metrics for analysis
  • vector-export-YYYY-MM-DD-journal.md - Human-readable journal
  • vector-export-YYYY-MM-DD-README.txt - Export information
